About Clare Cooper HR

Clare is a member of the Chartered Insitute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Before starting her own HR consultancy, Clare spent six years managing the busy HR and Training department at The Big Life Group of social businesses and charities (formerly The Big Issue in the North). Prior to that she spent a year working at Oxfam's regional campaigns office where she worked closely with the office manager.
